Overview

Krabi in southern Thailand is located along the Andaman coast and 814 kilometers from Bangkok. From Bangkok, it takes about 1 hour 20 minutes or more than 11 hours by bus to Krabi.

 

Krabi town is the base for exploring Krabi province, a dense forest area with many limestone cliffs and poetic islands on the Andaman sea. The Buddha temples that local monks still use lie in the niches of the top tourist spots in the town, Tiger cave. Tourists can take a ferry and or canoe at the riverside port to get to the destinations for diving, rock climbing, and swimming in the finest white sandy beaches.
